Hi Relish Runners,

We can't wait to see you on Sunday for the next Two Tunnels race!
Here are some important reminders for race day
1) Schedule - Individual start times are now online, check them out here FINAL SCHEDULE NOW. Number collection / Registration opens from 08:30 on race day.

For this race we are starting runners in groups of up to ~75 using the wave you selected at registration. Runners will gather in the starting area which is well spaced for the race briefing, there will be a count down from 10 for runners to move up to the start line and then that wave will get underway. There will be plenty of space at the back of each wave if people would feel more comfortable hanging back.

2) Number Collection - is based on your EVENT Wave, this is the order that the various race waves such as half marathon wave 1, 10km wave 1, 5km wave 1 etc are being slotted into the overall event program. Check your race number and you will collect it from desk which corresponds to your EVENT Wave.

Start lists - these are now published on our website. Race numbers are collected on race morning.

3) Parking - there is no on site parking and there is no on street parking, really, there isn't!

We have had grumbles from previous races from residents who were blocked into their homes by people trying to park on the streets around the venue - there really is no parking. Please don't cause residents, and ultimately us, grief by thinking you can park in the side streets. Parking in the side streets puts future editions of this event at risk. Thank you for your support.

If coming by car, the only way to reach us via the Park and Ride (P&R) shuttle bus. The bus is £4 return for adults, U16s travel for free. There is no additional charge for parking. The bus leaves from Odd Down Park & Ride, BA2 8PA. Full details on the websiteNote the shuttle buses run 08:00 - 14:15 ONLY. Buses run every 15mins at peak times, potentially a bit less freqeuent in the middle of the day on the return trip.

4) Race start - please read the schedule to see what time your race starts and suggested arrival times at the Park & Ride or entrance into the park. We are asking for people to follow the times suggested which will bring you to site ~60mins before your race starts.

5) Start Times - you must start from within your allocated start wave. You will be called forward by EVENT WAVE. If you start in the wrong wave you will disqualified.

You can change distance by going to the Event Info desk on the morning of the race. We aren't able to make any changes ahead of the race at this time.

6) Drinks StationsRunners are now being asked to be more self sufficient; it is better for the environment and it reduces contact points.

Pre Race - We don't have water for runners before the race as we have no way of refilling our own supplies. It may be hot, there is no shelter at the event village, so you need to bring your own water to ensure you are hydrated before your run.

During - There is no drinks station on the 5km, 10km runners will run past the drinks station for the Half Marathon and you are welcome to grab a drink if you need one. There are a selection of snacks at each of the 3 drinks stations on the half marathon course too.

After - For all runners there are water refill points for your own bottles, or we can supply water bottles. We will of course have our usual buffet of tasty treats for all the runners after the event.
7) Photos - Professional race photos are available to purchase from Blowfish Photography, you can search quickly using your race number or by uploading a selfie. You can register now to hear when your photos are up!

Photos are added to their site within 48hrs of the event and there is a 10% discount automatically applied on all purchases made with the first 48hrs of the photos going on sale.

8) On the Day Places - There are on the day spaces for each distance, please see the schedule for details. We can accept card, cash or contactless payment.

9) Refreshments - We have a caterers and a coffee van serving tasty treats, hot and cold drinks.
10) Bag Drop -  We have a self serve bag drop; drop and collect your own bag. It is attended; you need to show the baggage label matches your race number in order to be able to retrieve a bag.
