Hi Relish Runners,

We are really excited for our second Chepstow Steeplechase and we can't wait to see you on Sunday!

We still have spaces for on the day sign ups, with start times at;

3km at 10:00
5km at 11:10
10km Wave 2 at 11:20

All other waves are now sold out and unfortunately we can not transfer people between waves this close to the event. You can still change distance by going to the Event Info desk on the morning of the race.

Please read this info in plenty of time before race morning to help your day go smoothly :-)
Here are some important reminders for race day
1) Bibs - all race numbers are collected on race day in our event village. Race numbers will be collected by EVENT WAVE, which is the order your individual race wave starts on the day. Please see the Schedule on the Event Info page here to find your Event Wave.

2) Start lists - these are now published on our website. Please make a note of your number now to speed through number collection.
3) Parking - Parking is at Chepstow Racecourse. The exact location is shown by the What3Words address /// rails.canines.merely The car parking costs £2 per car (cash only please), we would be grateful if you could have this money ready at the gate. Be careful when crossing the road and keep an eye on your little people.

4) Race start - please read the schedule to see what time your race starts. There are a number of waves for each distance. Make sure you note your Event Wave as this is how runners will be called to the start. Any wave jumpers will be disqualified.

5) Waves - you cannot change race waves within your distance. All race waves are now fixed and you cannot change on the day. You can change event distance, eg 5km to 10km, by visiting to Event Info to fill out a form to get a new race number.

6) Accompanying Runners - If you are an adult accompany a younger runner on a free of charge basis (3km or 5km racers) then you will not appear on the start lists nor will you collect a race number. Please do not collect a medal after the event, unless you have paid for your place.

7) Water - bring your own supply!
- Pre race - We have water for all runners after the races, but we don't have water for runners before the race. It may be warm so you need to bring your own water for before the event.
- During the race - there are a drinks station after 1 lap of the 3km and after 1 lap of the 10km. There are no drinks stations on 5km.
- Post race - there is water for all runners
